Do you offer free shipping?
Yes WE DO! Maggi Creation offers free international shipping on orders above Rs 10000 and free shipping on Maggi Land Orders above Rs70 :) We have been shipping worldwide since 2004 and we ship internationally DAILY! Shipping cost in otherwise cases would be quoted.
Are the waches you sell 100% authentic?
Yes CLOCKSY is an Autorized Dealer of All the brands and watches we carry and they all come with full manufacturer WARRANTIES that are honored internationally. All of our watches sold are AUTHENTIC GUARANTEED, brand new, unworn and come in original manufacturer packaging.
How do I know if the watch is battery operated or mechanical?
The movement type used in the watch is listed in the "DETAIlS" section of every product page. All quartz watches require a battery, automatic watches are powered through hand winding or wrist movement. That's what my GOOGLE uncle told me ;) If you still have doubt regarding movement of your selected watch use faq secion at that page.
I recieved a watch as a gift and its not to my liking. Can I exchange it?
YES! You can exchange a brand new, unworn watches purchased from CLOCKSY within the 10 day return period. Unfortunately we don't provide refunds on gifts :/ To begin return process mail us and we will reply you with the instructions of steps. Don't worry we will keep your secret from your friend of you exchanging his/her gift watch :)
I am confused regarding my watch functionality. How does it work?
Your watch would have an instruction booklet for specific functionality. Some eco friendly brand might not provide printed instruction manual, but make-manual available on their websites for free Do check that out. If you need additional help we are more than happy to assist you at a cost of 10 plates of maggi, 50 choocolates and 25 ice-creams :D
What to do if my battery died within 30 days of receiving?
Most watch batteries can last over 2 years from when they are first put into use. If the watch stops fuctioning, this is most likely due to a prematurely dead battery cell which just needs to be replaced. Any qualified local watch store can replace your battery. Visit Contact Us page or mail us, if your battery died before first 30 days of delivery
Can I place a special order for a brand you don’t have on your website?
We have a carefully curated collection of the brands we carry on our site; unfortunately if you don’t see it on our site, we don’t carry it. We are open to considering new & interesting brands. Please submit new brands/collections via our Contact Us page
My watch strap got damaged. Do you sell replacement watch straps?
We carry spare straps for a limited amount of brands. All other straps can be acquired directly by contacting the brand/manufacturer. Please visit manufaturer contact us section and ask them for their strap collections of that particular brand.
I am very eager for my order, how long will it take?
Estimated shipping dates are listed on the preorder product page. We will ship as soon as the item(s) become available and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Ship dates are estimates and subject to change with notice.
How long will it take for my exchange/return to be processed?
Returns once received take up to 5 business days to be processed. During the busy holiday season, returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt. Once your return has been processed you will be notified by email.
